  I believe in ratings and feedback and originally we had a miscommunication about an invoice which has now been resolved. So I can give a very honest review with that all sorted ****line drawn***** So the facility is excellent very clean and staff are friendly and helpful. The whole place is very secure and makes you feel like you are going into the MI5 Building which is a great thing as you know your stuff is very safe! It didn't quite fit my working hours so the final move out day they kept the facility open until 8pm which was great although I did clear out way before then so that wasn't needed in the end but the facility was there if i needed it.A very affordable easy to use service and they do like to speak to the clients to resolve any issues. One thing always to remember is ***give 2 weeks notice in writing to them not over the telephone*** Thank you guys for my stay.
